4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may receive your data:

  • Google PageSpeed Insights API — Used to evaluate website performance during audits. Your website URL is sent to Google for analysis.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Managing Clients' Connected Accounts (Google & Meta)

Many of our clients grant District Digital access to their own Google and Meta accounts so we can manage and report on their marketing. Where a client has authorized it — for example, by adding our agency account as a Manager on their Google Business Profile, or as a user on their Google Analytics, Search Console, or Google Ads account — we access data from those platforms (including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile, including reviews) solely to provide reporting and management services to that client.

Clients do not log in to our systems; access is granted from within their own accounts and can be revoked by them at any time. We do not sell or redistribute this data. Detailed handling for our internal client-management platform is described in the platform privacy policy at app.districtdigital.co/privacy.

12. Google API Services — Limited Use

District Digital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only access Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of our services.
  • We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising, resale, or other purposes.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with the relevant user's consent for specific data (for example, reading and responding to reviews on a client's behalf at their direction), for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
